Wednesday

Oh.

We don’t have time to weep.

The world is a better place with love and steak.
Don’t mistake me for the dog, or the hog.
Either could be easily mistaken.
When your mother comes up from Florida
Tell her to bring the sunshine and palm trees.

Everyone here is stale, they are rigid.
Stones may not break your bones,
But evil eyes and last night’s mascara may kill.
Race me into the City night. I lost my left
Shoe, where the men kiss and the streets have no lines.

Take two steps back and kiss that dime.
Find time behind us, that we can’t keep.
Garbage scatters the minds of the night crawlers
While the street lights go to sleep.
Scratch your dry eyes with money.

We don’t have time to weep.

Friday

01.
free your mind.
take your soul.
hold the sky.
the river eats the sorrow the trees left us~

a back pocket poem

Ocean drop, sweet sun bliss. Over the Mountains we can see this.
Everything is the way it is because of humans. And the universe isn’t equal.
Pull together the currents from your seas, I will bring my bees.
Let’s set them free, to the sunrise and the salty breeze.

 MAIN STREET.

Smoke me like last night’s cigarette.
The world is turning inside out, Girl
Don’t be afraid, music will still live.
Flames paint a dream in your fireplace.
Meet me on our bench.

393

I used binoculars to see your heart.
The unknown lies to rest deep in your soul.
Bury your thoughts in the garden, where the
Dead flowers grow and where baby toes meet dirt.
Tonight we shall sell our bodies for more than a century.
Tip your hat, take a seat, relax. Tell me how you really feel,
About this BBQ Atlanta night.

Vultures Dance.

I had to cut my ears, so I couldn’t hear you scream.
I walked toward the river and spotted a fish.
Dance, Dance, Dance.
Bells ring, the sun peaks through this
Alaska air. Dance with me because
I am the one that loves you.
If you have a bad day, let me touch your cheek.
Wipe this across your lips, trust me darlin’
I been here the whole time.

845.

Just let the music take control of your left side brain,
Grass grows in between, trees so tall, music lifts me.
There is some type of Love that Fall brings, before
The leaves turn and the air is crisp.

Shower your Love so the Flowers grow.

Let’s go back to the day you were reborn
Only to make silly decisions and get bored
With ourselves. Try to eat that peach without
Smiling at me. Your hair is as delicate as
A feather from a Black Crow. When we were
Little- fear didn’t exist and there was no rain.
School days would fly by, only to meet you
At the dinner table and act shy. My mother’s
Rose garden still cries in September and
She doesn’t know why. It always seemed
Sunnier on the other side, only to realize
You aren’t alive. Don’t be afraid of the sidewalks,
Fry your brain, with all the rain, love slips between
The cracks. The Sea will speak, so listen.
Only the nice ones make it out alive.

I hate it when dudes try to chase me
But I love it when you try to save me
Cause I’m just a lady
I love it when we play 1950
It’s so cold that your stare’s bout to kill me
I’m surprised when you kiss me

Bark from the cemetery tree.

To love nature is to be nature.
To be nature is to be free.
To be free in nature you must stand still
and dream silent.
Nature is in within and all you have
to do is accept it.
To be nature is to be set free.

Thursday

Money means nothing to me,  but a lot to the world.

One day I met a man, he let me borrow money.
I sang a tune for the change and then danced a bit.
Flowing like the summer breeze, touching toes.
Every day I see that man in myself, I can see his soul.
His eyes talk when his mouth doesn’t move.
My life is connected by one hand shake.
We meet at The Bench every Tuesday.
Sometimes it’s just him, sometimes company.
Drink the juice from the moon, don’t think twice.
Everything is here for a reason.
Just walk around and you will see what I mean.
Don't take a whole slice.

Crow Beaks and Love.

I believe love can take over your whole body,
Your soul, bare skin, you can feel the love here.
Don’t leave too fast, you can see.
The love in this room is bigger than a mountain.
Climb no farther, you got what you need.
Right here and always.
Love will win.

719.

Over the sea for your love
Wrap the tree branches around my ankles
Let the power of nature take me for a ride.
Take off into the stars,
Tonight I might love the stars and whisper to the moon
I will be dancing here till the yellow moon rises.
Same me, different you.

GUYS, CHANCE DROPPED 4 NEW SONGS !!!! THIS IS MY FAV

Monday

Yaddo Gardens, Saratoga Springs NY ~ 2018

poem

Have you ever danced naked on a Full Moon?
Seen a lightening bug land on your nose?
Have you ever been to the Sea right before a storm?
See all the bumble bees fly to the East?

Deck Of Cards.

I lost my journal, I lost my life, I lost my mind.
Where the strangers dance, where they kiss for the first time,
I will meet you there with a cherry red rose and a beer in my hand.
We can pretend to be Queens and Kings while we swim into the next century.

Tuesday

707.

To think about time and to daydream are two different things.
Like the difference between rain and a heatwave.
The North Star will always lead the way, if you are lost, just look up.
With winter always comes a strange feeling of love.
Before midnight, brush your tears away with the Raven’s feather,
Grab the River Water and your journal and head East.
The roses dance in the moonlight while the wolf howls
At the July Full Moon: your love glistens.

Monday

she came into town and then she drove away,
sunlight in her hair

summer.

For now, we shall rest,
With the bear and his nest.
Only good things come to
An end, like your favorite song
On a muggy July evening.
Fireflies and dreams,
Oh what the world will be.
Blades of grass gracefully
Dancing with the summer breeze.
Watermelon or Cantaloupe  ?

Yellow mustard.

A parade of dead dreams will shower Main Street,
With new born babies, bombs and wagons.
Candy is thrown at the humans, like peanuts
To an elephant. Children will cry, the July
Sky will come down. Cemeteries will celebrate
Life and the Red Roses. Time for the Mayor,
Give him the microphone and some tomatoes.
We are all set for a Feast!

Pretty Fish.

Cherry filled tears,
Dreams of us.
They just disappear.
The Sun will rise, to the east
If you settle down touching the west.
The River flows, our hopes and
Life they follow, swim between
Fishes of the sea and under the
River Rocks. We can hold hands
Or just dance, but that is up to you.

Friday

summer dinner roses.

The smell of Earth lingers,
On the day must go.
Hang the clothes on the line,
Pick the flowers for our
Dinner bouquet.
Don't be Shy.

it is noon.

Tonight I will share my secrets with you.
Connecting dots, one way roads,
Collars on her shirts, and polish
On her nails. There is something
For you under the kitchen sink.
Clap your hands, touch your toes,
Under my nose. You can open
The door, under the sea water faucet.
Take everything that was  mine.
Pie for Dinner, smokes for breakfast.
The front door will not close.

BLUE BIRDS EAT THE SUN OUT OF THE FLOWER.

The sky seems a perfect shade of grey,
While birds hum and they sing.
They tell me the world may be ending,
Ending like there is no tomorrow.
Here lies the body of Mother Earth.
So delicate, soft as a feather,
Her life is spread out for us to read.
Summer brings joy and the
Heat brings alive the most beautiful
Sunflowers of all.

860 sidewalks.

I walk down the streets where I used to play,
Small and little, like a bumblebee.
It’s like I been here before, I know where the
Roots go. I can see the sidewalks and the mail.
The neighbors, they walk backwards up the hill
And the grass grows in the sky.

Sunday

nothing better than this.

so beautiful, like a sweet tulip.
Cry your heart out. I will float with you
On we will go, before love was rare and
Before time mattered. You can hold on
To my hand. My heart will lead the way,
For you and I. I promise you will be
Safe, before we die, we shall dance
Under the Star Filled Night. I wanted
To kiss you at that very moment.
My heart started to sing, I can
Feel you from that moment on.
Above us, higher than the Angels.
We float before the sky, together.

Open.
I don’t know where you came from
but I love you, all the way down to
your toes. The way you look at me
makes all the blues disappear. You
make me feel more alive. The way
you sway, the way your tongue rolls.
I can feel myself safe in your arms.
No where else matters when I’m
With you, as we drive to the end
Of the world, the moon with chase
Us. You can see my love written
Out for you, in the Black Sea. From
You, all these flowers grow. Inside
Is where the Love stands. I believe
You. Love me until the end of
Time, don’t take too much.

bring your cities too.

stumbling down the street where we first met.
the women and the men lay on the pavement.
they make room for me, dancing in the middle
of the streets. i can feel you with every move
that i make on this, foggy August night.
But remember us? Remember when we danced
in the rain? Or the first time we kissed?
I can still taste you on my lips, I just wanted us
I think I dream bigger than your whole heart.
and I think about silly things. Things that
no other being should. All I know
is that Love lives here, and we can make it.
The River flows, where the sadness ends.
Don't be afraid my darling, I can hold you
till forever. If you want to die, die here
in my arms. Scream my name so I know.
If you fear the loss of Rain you can
see me in the Midnight Sky.

#56.

we know we are stronger when we are together.
the sea, the moon, the bees, they all belong to me,
if we just hold on to each other: peaceful.
I mistake her for an angel, so high in my crescent moon sky.
the world spins, as we dance on top.
we are the only two things that exist.
high above, like an angel. like an angel.

a symphony

butterfly kisses, close my eyes.
woke up in the City.
There is no other exception-
nothing is left, only mountains
that eat the universe.
the River that flows to your
heart. don't worry about me.
the month will tell me which
way to go, and I will follow
the North Star home.

arrows.

i am here to see you whole
bare to the bone, naked from the truth-
i am here to figure you out.
newborn face, a heart: empty.
something inside.

hummingbird's dawn.

your reflection is the only thing that i can see
shower your love down, down to the sea-
never know if you are alive or dead, your eyes
don't blink and i haven't heard  you breathe.
centuries between us, kiss the rose petal goodbye.

Water.

You need a God to show you love-
Someone bigger than life.
They can fill your cup and show you life.
You need someone to show you-
I don’t think you’ll ever understand
Love.
