Sunday

spelling safari

sitting 90 degress on this chair.
you ain't down with mount Zion
scratchy dreads, long hair.
stop the murder.
yell that out the window.
it's the season and he has
no reason. to love here
is to die. remember
where you came from.
all that gun talk makes me
nervous. turn the handle
left, and lock his heart safe.

for him.

question mark
black heart.
don't look back.
love is not real.

whisper sins into the wind
forget about the past, today
is here right now. sun peeks
through just to see you.

can i feel the vibe.
loose like the ocean tide.
tip toe into my mind.
wine and black hearts are mine.
a beautiful soul

you could tell in his eyes that he loved her so.
every time she'd smile the world would shine.
she had the ability to make even the worst days golden.
her soft skin and button of a nose.
her lashes went on for what felt like a century.
he dreams about her lips until he is dead.
her eyes spoke wisdom from within.
Every day was a good day.
she had no time to cry or waste.
she lived as if every day could been her last.
she  would cherish the ground he stepped on.
just one look and she was swept right off her feet.
the lovely words he would sing to her to put her to sleep.
he always let her fall asleep first.
she loved everything about him.
old lady Sue.

I used to know this old lady named Sue.
She had like 3,000 Zoos.
Her favorite color was Blue.
Her morning grass covered with dew.
I used to know this old lady named Sue.

Thursday

i want poem

i want laugh with you till my sides fall off
i want to sleep with you till i grow old
i want to sing to you when you are sad and blue
and i wanna cuddle with you on the couch
when it's chilly out and not move all day
i wanna go to space with you before the world ends.
haunting my dreams
I will search for the ghosts that haunt my soul.
I will live forever alone in this jail cell of a home.
I will love you till tomorrow’s dawn.
And I will run with my mind between my fingers.

....
i want to drive to space, see how earth looks.
the space of your mouth reminds me of
someone i used to know.
