Wednesday

 THREE EYES

Creepy eyes stare up at me.
Looking into my soul?
I can’t tell.
I just see the huge glowing eyes.
I don’t know what the eyes have seen.
I know this world is huge, and scary.
Eyes are mini movie makers.
They can create slide shows in your mind.
And they help guide you when your body
Is blind. Eyes, eyes, cat eyes.
Goodbye.

I am, I am.

I am a coyote with no tail, running with my pack
I am a cloud with no color, floating high in the sky.
I am a sidewalk, as low to the ground as possible.
I am a man, jacket so tight I could ring your laundry.
I am a woman, lashes as long as the Mississippi River.
I am a lover, desires so deep a rose can cut through.
I am a worker, chugging along every day 9 to 5.
I am a child, smile as wide as the galaxy.
I am a lion, mane so long it could reach around the earth.
I am a goddess, so golden my Mother is blind.
I am air, always around you but invisible.
I am a human, someone who makes mistakes and that’s fine.

JUPITER’S SON

Woke up this morning, brushed my teeth with last night’s beer.
Run your dude fingers through my dreads. The queen inside
Will awaken when the time comes. Branches shiver, the grass
Yawns. Fresh out of the womb. Potato Bombs. Magic fills the
Stale air. Speeds of lightening, little men dancing, today is going
To be strange.

Tuesday

What’s the nickname for Tom?

Luc, goose, three men on a moose.
Two weeks from now you will ask me the same question
When will I die?
The world knows but my brain doesn’t.  Drop coins
In river of salvation. Make wishes for all who can’t
Remember we are all blind, till we meet love.

Wednesday

East of the River.

Pack your bags, say hello to a new you
The woods scream your name, while
The city whispers goodbye. Don’t be
Too upset my dear, the time will come
For you to shine. For you to show us the
White light is real and flowers smell good.
Heaven exists don’t let him tell you otherwise
Share the news with your brother for
The cab has no destination. Close your eyes
And smile wide. The world is yours.

POEM

When I die I know your tears will be dry
And your heart will melt. When I die the
World will go on and time will still tick.
The world is thick with evil people, don’t
Breath in or you’ll get sick. Dogs bark at
Midnight to the brown moon, while
The flies burn on the horizon.  Cross your
T’s with a cursive wave and feed the homeless
Birds tonight. Kiss mother goodbye for me,

I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Tuesday

weirdo.

On Saturday my cat was Velcro like your shoes and
my brother robbed the queen of all her knowledge
Return me to my home where I feel safe and loved
Don’t take away the stars when rain is pretty.

I wish, I wish

I wish I was a paper tiger living in the woods
No cares in my mind, only a bunch of hair
I wish I was a paper tiger riding on a camel’s back
The camel and I met in Paris
I wish I was a paper tiger ready to explore
This will consist of me going to outer space
I wish I was a paper tiger that liked to sing
My voice would be heard by all men and children
I wish I was a paper tiger with wings
Sometimes I imagine life from up there rather than down here
I wish I was a paper tiger with eyes
As yellow as a lemon and a mean smile.
I wish I was a paper tiger

Thursday

WOOOOOOOD U KNOT

Poem.

Twisted in thought of queens kissing their own silhouettes.
Love comes and it goes, just like the rose I gave you last year.
To bring tears to my eyes is like listening to birds cry.
